Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between buweb.ch and the client for the provision of services in the field of SEO consulting, web development and automation.
2. Contract Formation
A contract is formed when the client accepts buweb.ch's offer, either in writing, via the contact form, or by payment of the agreed fee.
3. Scope of Services
The exact scope of services is defined in the individual offer. Changes or extensions require written agreement.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
The agreed fee is due within 14 days of invoicing unless otherwise agreed. Installment payments are available by arrangement.
5. 120-Day Guarantee
For qualified projects, buweb.ch guarantees a page 1 ranking on Google within 120 days of go-live. Conditions: The client does not work with other SEO agencies concurrently and follows buweb.ch's recommendations. If the goal is not met, a full refund will be issued.
6. Limitation of Liability
buweb.ch is not liable for ranking losses caused by search engine algorithm updates, actions of the client, or third parties.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice to the end of the month unless otherwise agreed. Services already rendered must be paid for.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland. Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
